Thought...... Recently I attended one of our team's weekly phone training sessions and was completely blessed with what I heard. Since I started my home based business almost 20 months ago, I have been searching for a way to break down the various phases of a small business owner. For me, being able to see where I am in the progression gives me power to move forward and courage to not stop. As you read through this, identify where you are, and realize where you want to be. There is no wrong or write phase. But identifying what phase you are on my help you see what it is going to take to the phase you ultimately want to be on. I also encourage you to share this with other business partners. 10 LEVELS OF COMMITMENT 1. A Lark – got involved as a whim with no intention to work it seriously. 2. Just Dabbling – playing around with the business with no serious commitment or expectations. 3. A Hobby – a fun form of entertainment. 4. A Cute Little Business – modest commitment. Got involved for fun with the thought that this business might generate a “little extra spending money”. 5.
